While You Wait...
Take a deep breath.
There's nothing you need to fix or figure out before you begin.
Simply arrive with an open mind, a willingness to practise, and compassion for yourself. The transformation you're seeking isn't about becoming someone newā€”it's about learning how to come home to yourself, one step at a time.
I'm honoured to be part of your journey, and I can't wait to welcome you inside the course.
With warmth,
Rose
